The tools are genuinely good now. Ask Claude Code, Cursor or Codex for a website and you will get one that runs, on a Tuesday afternoon, for the price of a subscription.
What you will not get is a site built to turn a stranger into an enquiry. Who it is for. The one thing you want them to do. The claim only you can make, and the proof sitting next to it. Those are decisions, and a model will not make them for you.
That is the workshop. You will build as well, and the building turns out to be the easy part.
How far the building has moved
- 4 sessionsto design and build a 34-page software product site, serving more than 40,000 users. Before these tools it was three to four weeks.
- Under 4 hoursto take that site into nine languages. Quoted the old way, it was a six-week job.
We would rather you built it well than badly.
